On Administration Business Charge

As a social problem which has been disturbing China for a long time, the problem of administration business charge has not been resolved completely in a very long time in the past years. The cause of the problem, in my opinion, is that there has not been a right legal system in china. A right legal system contain: a right protection to private property, an effective charge power system, a rational charge procedure, the way to deal with arbitrary charges and the last but not the least, a timely relief system for the ones been charged. But all these things are not good enough in china.To solve the problem on administration business charge completely, I analysis the real conditions of administration business charge, the available law about administration business charge and the experiences of western countries in my paper, and at last give out some advices for making up this social problem.
