On Information Disclosure Of Chinese Commercial Banks

The importance to strengthen the construction and consummation of commercial banks' information disclosure system has been widely recognized by most countries in the world with the promotion of the Basel Committee and theoretical circle. Compared with the progress in the construction of information disclosure system of commercial banks in China is not perfect yet. This essay is aimed to study the present-day situations, existing problems of the information disclosure of commercial banks in China, and the gap on this aspect between China and international. Moreover, further studying how to regulate the system of information disclosure of Chinese commercial banks. So that it can meet the requirements of economic development and face the challenges after entering WTO, as well as can promote the banks supervision's level in China.
