The Basic Category Of Macroeconomic Regulation Law--Research On Macroeconomic Regulation Power

With the establishment and perfection of our country's social market economy system, macroeconomic regulation has played a more and more important role in economy operation and thus the research on macroeconomic regulation law has attracted more and more attention from the circle of law study. Nevertheless macroeconomic regulation right has not aroused enough concern in the circle of law study as a basic category of macroeconomic regulation law. Starting with the development of nation function, the author analyzed the commencement of macroeconomic regulation, the bloom of macroeconomic regulation law and then analyzed the philosophic ground of law, the legal reason and economic reason on which macroeconomic regulation right has produced. Based on the foundation above, the author made his point in the connotation of macroeconomic regulation right i.e. the basic characteristics and function of macroeconomic regulation right and concluded that macroeconomic regulation right is the right of economy development and economy development security. It is necessary to adopt legal measure and make scientific and proper deploy in a certain stipulation and pressure. At last, the author opined: to strengthen the competitive power of our Country's ability in international regulation, China must perfect its executive measure of macroeconomic regulation power so as to facilitate our market subject's competition in international economy.
