On Legal Suggestion For Network Security Culture's Construction

Security is an unavoidable topic in network opera, legal system made our society operate regularly, culture is a nation's soul, highlighting the nation's character; network spread quickly in China because of information technology's development, however, the culture, which could keep internet relatively safe for a longer time, just start to build not long before. Therefore, the document discusses how to build a legal system, which could promote the network security culture's construction.
