The Research Of The Basic Construction On The Public Security Culture

During the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,public security culture rooted in the fertile soil of the showplace.It reflexes the strong will of police staff,meets the needs of public security course and times expands.Strengthening the construction of public security culture is not only to grasp the development direction of socialist advanced culture,but also the inevitable choice of further enhancing and adjusting public security assignment and team-building construction in new era.With the profound change of policing environment,it is necessary for us to think about how to take advantage of the historic opportunity of cultural reform and development,strengthening self-influence of public security culture.NK Public Security Branch is in the key moment of striding development of economy and society,and we should soberly realize that there are still some non-conformity between the rapid development of economy and society,construction of police team and public security cultural living.The construction of public security culture in NK Public Security Branch must be accelerated immediately.Based on the analysis of the related theories of public security culture,the author has determined a 3-level theory as the theoreticalbasis,that is: spiritual cultural level,systematic cultural level and substance cultural level.Besides,the authoraiming at the status quo of cultural construction in NK Public Security Branch and comprehensively utilizing theories like organizational behavior,public security culture and with literature method,survey & research method and observational methodto set up the overall evaluation framework of public security culture.The author has also used the method of qualitative research and quantitative analysis,to found out and identified the problems in the grassroots construction of public security culture and provided analysis accordingly.Finally,for the current situation and problems in the construction of public security culture in NK Public Security Branch,the author has set the guiding ideology and target of the construction of public security culture in Ni Public Security Branch in next steps,outlining the framework and process.What is more,from various of perspectives like organizational management of police team,talent training,enriching public security culture living,broadening propaganda position innovating platform carrier and so on,the author has proposed how to promote the construction of public security culture and emphasized several relationships which need to be well treated during the construction of public security culture.Through systematic statement and elaboration,this paper has argued that the construction of public security culture shall be regarded as a fundamental and strategic task requesting effective grasp and management to ensure the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of public security cause.
