Game Analysis On Inquisition By Torture

This thesis adopted Game Analysis measure. On the basis of reasoning the Inquisition by Torture can be carried out by Game Analysis, the thesis made the conduct of inquisition by Torture simulated with the presupposition of Inquisition by Torture's involvement and the rational participation as the premise, analyzed the different factors that may cause the Inquisition by Torture happen on the basis of the interaction between the simulated two parties of the Inquisition by Torture-the suspect and the police, classified the two parties according to the basic dividing principle of whether the suspect is guilty or not. The thesis also analyzed the measures and actions of the two parties that when the Game's equilibrium achieved, the two parties preferred a lawful measure. With the aim of improving the efficiency of lawsuit, it also analyzed the factors that may affect the two parties. Finally it came to the conclusion that changing the benefit status of the suspect and the police can influence the actions of the suspect and the police.This thesis analyzed and discussed about the phenomena of Inquisition by Torture from the Game point of view, found a new way to the research of Inquisition by Torture and also explored some helpful measures of Game theory on some other similar problems.
