Computers and network, which bring human being into information age, are the greatest invention in 20th century. Today, network is affecting our social life at surprising development speed. We benefit from it, while the crime about it tends to be more, thus bringing a series of legal issues. This paper expatiated the concept, character and composition of network crime; analyzed and discussed the specific forms of it, trying to determine the nature of it better within legal framework of criminal law.
