To Perfect The Criminal Legislation Thinking Of Our Food Safety Crime

In people's life, the most important four things:”food, clothing, place of residence and line”. However,“food” as the most basic demand is directly related to people's health and life safety, the more relationship with the economic development and social stability. In recent years, China's escalating food safety crime, not only harm people's health, but also for the vast number of consumers on the difficult to erase the psychological shadow.With the rapid development of market economy, the current food safety crime tends to collectivization and specialization and complication. In the face of such situation, the criminal law safeguard the rights and interests of citizens as the last line of defense, should play an important role in protecting food safety. In the paper,through analyzing the present situation and causes of food safety crime in our country, introduce the related provisions of criminal law on food safety crimes, and other countries compared to the state of legislation in the regulation of food safety crime, reveal the lack of criminal legislation in our country and learn their advanced theory and experience, and finally provide some suggestions for how to better improve the food safety crime legislation.
