The authority to supervise of the National People's Congress, equal to that of legislation and appointments & removals, is not fully performed. Currently, the study of it mainly concentrates on its supervision at "yifueryuan" from macroscopic aspect The author of the thesis starts to analyze the seriousness of judicial corruption towards society and suggests improving and perfecting the National People's Congress' supervision on Court in order to promote judicial justice.This thesis consists of 4 parts:The first part is about the fundamental theories about the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court., which lays theoretical prerequisite for the thesis. The author traces back the scholars home and abroad and our former leaders' thoughts on the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court. Also, this part proves the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court lawfully and theoretically.The second part is about the contents and ways of the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court, which begins to turn to its practical operation.The third part is to analyze the major problems and causes existing in the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court, which is the key part of the thesis. Now the supervision has 2 conflicting problems. One is generally lacking of supervision , and the other is individually over supervising. Therefore, this thesis dwells on the major problems and causes from 5 aspects and sets solid basis for the foliowings.The forth part is about the strategies to strengthen and perfect the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court, which is the conclusion of the thesis. The thesis explores how to strengthen and perfect the National People's Congress' supervision towards Court from the 9 aspects.
