Judicial Independence

The principle of Judicial Independence has been set up in most of the country as a modern rule by law country, and it has been a fundamental standard of safeguard human rights all over the world. It is necessary for our country to set up this principle. But our country's regime organization form is the system of National People's congress , so the relation between Judicial Independence and the system of National People's congress and the relation between Judicial Independence and National People's congress's supervision are an important problem in our country .It's beginning with the common theory of Judicial Independence, and use the theory of Marxism-Leninism to elaborate the theory foundation of Judicial Independence .It set forth that we can set up the principle of Judicial Independence under our regime organization form, and we hope to this principle can be rational establish and good work under the system of National People's congress through coordinating the relation between Judicial Independence and National People's congress's supervision.
