If we can not keep up withthe pace of reform, the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics willbe affected. The system of people’s congress is a fundamental political system inChina, which is fundamental, long-term, global and stability. In order to make surethat National People’s Congress Standing Committee and the Standing Committeeof local people’s congresses shall exercise its supervisory authority lawfully,develop socialist democracy and promote the rule of law, according to theconstitution, China has formulated the law of security supervision to the NPC’ssupervision, which is one of the main part. As the continuous improvement anddevelopment of people’s congress system and continuously strengthen supervisionof the NPC system function, the local people’s congresses supervisory system playsa more and more important role in China, which makes great effect for therealization of the administration by law, and the fundamental rights of citizens.Facing the new situation, tasks and new requirements, in order to meet thedevelopment needs of the situation, to constantly enrich and improve the work ofthe NPC,we have no choice but to keep innovating. We must strengthen theconcept of innovation, bring greater development with great innovation, and createa new situation for the work of local people’s congress. It’s the inevitablerequirement to strengthen the NPC’s supervision function, improve the system ofpeople’s congresses and develop the socialist democratic politics. Under thesituation of building a harmonious society, it is very important to study the local NPC’s supervision and the improvement of the local NPC’s supervision system, toexercise the power of supervision lawfully. Perfecting the supervisory system ofthe people’s congress needs to adhere to the rule of law and the constitution,strengthening the legal construction of China.
