The Study Of How To Construct The Supporting System Of Social Vulnerable Groups Under The Angle Of Harmonious Society

Since the beginning of reform and opening up to the outside world, the society of China has entered into a period of rapid transformation in which the classification and stratification of society are speeding up, and the problems of the social vulnerable group are increasingly severe. All of these draw attention from the Party, the government, and people of all circles. How to treat the vulnerable occurring in the process of social transformation and how to solve their problems have become an issue important both theoretically and practically to the overall reform and development, and a correct understand of and solution to the problems of the social vulnerable groups during reform process has great theoretical and practical significance. This thesis, with basic Marxism theories as guidance, is making an elementary discussion on the theoretical of problems of the social vulnerable groups and how to construct the supporting system of social vulnerable groups in the age of"The harmonious society".This dissertation is composed of three parts, that is, introduction, four chapters of text and conclusion, and the major contents are as follows:The introduction mainly expounds how social vulnerable groups to produce and the reason why social vulnerable groups are selected as research topic, the research between domestic and overseas ,makes necessary analysis and explanation on view of research, and gives a brief account of the research viscera and research methods of this dissertation.Chapter 1 makes a brief generalization of the definition, features, construction of social vulnerable groups.Chapter 2 makes an analysis on current conditions, causes, and negative effects of social vulnerable groups.Chapter 3 makes a simple analysis on protecting theory and practice of the social vulnerable groups abroad. Through the foreign theory and successful practice of protecting the social vulnerable groups, We can get a useful revelation.Chapter 4 analyzes superficially how to construct the supporting system of social vulnerable groups. First it points the problems of the supporting system of social vulnerable groups. Second it analyzes the principle of the constructing of the supporting system of social vulnerable groups. And finally it summarizes how to construct the supporting system of social vulnerable groups. Exactly speaking, the way to deal with it would be governmental system support, policy guarantee; social supporting and social service; the social minority groups internal transformation and self stimulation.Conclusion is a brief summarization of this dissertation, possible pity and a basic prospect of the future of the social vulnerable groups.
