Study On Hossing Security System Of City-town Vulnerable Groups In China Under Maxism Harmonious Society Perspective

In recent years,urban vulnerable groups housing security is one of the problems of people's livelihood,it attracts extensive academic and social public attention.How to realize the huge number of urban vulnerable groups of housing demand is not only a practical issue,but also a theoretical problem,not only to theoretical research on specific operation,also need to practice.Therefore,to solve the urban vulnerable groups housing security is not only related to the basic needs for survival,the basic survival needs of thousands of the masses more related to building a socialist harmonious society.This paper takes Marxism harmonious society thought as the research perspective,in-depth analysis of China's urban vulnerable groups housing security policy and its implementation,fully affirmed the positive role of the current urban vulnerable groups housing security policy,in-depth excavation of the current issues of urban vulnerable groups housing security policy in practice:affordable housing financial is insufficient,supply group positioning is general,affordable housing supply and demand imbalance,the housing area development trend and the quality is not high,housing facilities imperfect,the level of legal supervision exist loopholes and the targeted groups of housing credit exist deviation.The emergence of these problems,there are some deep-seated reasons,such as the proportion of the urban vulnerable groups rising,excessive price rise and the requirements of people's life quality improvement.The Marxism harmonious society thought as the foundation,proposed to further improve the relevant countermeasures of China's urban housing security policy of vulnerable groups:strengthen the housing supply,formulating different security policies,rational planning of affordable housing and the construction of supporting facilities,improve the legal regulation and setting of differentiated credit level.
