Research On The Problem Of Vulnerable Groups In The Age Of "the Harmonious Society"

Since the beginning of reform and opening up to the outside world, the society of China has entered into a period of rapid transformation in which the classification and stratification of society are speeding up, and the problems of the social vulnerable group are increasingly severe. All of these draw attention from the Party, the government, and people of all circles. How to treat the vulnerable occurring in the process of social transformation and how to solve their problems have become an issue important both theoretically and practically to the overall reform and development. Specially the forth session of the sixteenth national congress of the Chinese people proposed "construction socialism harmonious society" the ruling idea, our country officially entered the construction socialism harmonious society's new time. Presently, the problem of vulnerable groups has already become an important one that effect society stability and advancement. This thesis, with basic Marxism theories as guidance, is making an elementary discussion on the theoretical of problems of the social vulnerable groups and how to solve social vulnerable groups in the age of "The harmonious society".The full thesis is divided into four parts totally:The first part makes a brief generalization of the definition, features, construction of social vulnerable groups. The transcript is part of the theoretical foundation. Firstly, based on reference and general idea of domestic and international research, it concludes broad and narrow senses and defines the concept of vulnerable groups in new era of our country, and analyzes the chief characteristics of China's social vulnerable groups.The second part analyzes the status, and the reason why it has the vulnerable groups. This component is the core of the full text. Firstly, this part analyzes the status of China's social vulnerable groups, so that we can have a clear understanding. Based on this understanding, we explore the reason why China's contemporary social vulnerable groups appears, which are summarized as two aspects, namely historical reason and realistic reason.The third part analyzes the vulnerable groups' influent on harmonious society. Firstly, this part pointed out denotation and requirements of the harmonious society. Secondly, this part makes a brief generalization of the vulnerable groups' influent on harmonious society.The fourth part proposes suggestions to solve the problem of the social vulnerable group in the age of "The harmonious society".The part is the emphasis and the difficult of the text. In this part, the author proposes some suggestions in order to solve the problems of vulnerable groups in accordance with China's actual situation.
