Along with the marketing economy developing, the traditional benefit community has differentiated, the new benefit community arises. At the same time, the traditional benefit pattern has been broken, and the multiplication benefit pattern is forming. The stabilization of the multiple benefit structure lies in the benefit balance of the various communities, which can create the important condition for the stabilization of the political order and the harmonization of the society. In CHINA, because the marketing economy system is not sound and the reform of the political system has did not keep up with the development of the economy, the various benefit communities are developing unequally. The contradiction and the conflict between the communities threaten the stabilization of the political order.
