| The development of the computer technology and network technology have promoted the paces of construction of digital library, its core is digitization and networked. Its essence is to form the orderly information space, realize real resource-sharing essence. At present, are raising the digital library and building the climax in the whole world. The digital library has already become the important sign of appraising a national information infrastructure level. But the reflection of development of the network technology is in the copyright law, the most obvious one is the frame of breaking through the law of traditional copyright, challenge to the traditional copyright in subject, object, right, obligation of the copyright law, etc..Chapter one of the article has discussed define, characteristic, function and presentstate of development. It also contrasts with the traditional library. Understand thesecontents are a prerequisite that we solve digital library copyright problems. Chapter twoexpounds the legal properties of de digital library under the network environment. I putforward my view through doing contrast analyzed the experts different views.
