Research On The Issues Of Copyright In Digital Library

The rapid development of the digital and network technology brings a rare opportunity of development to the construction of digital library. Digital library represents the development direction of library, it can achieve the spread and utilization of information resources in the greatest range, and promote the development of human civilization. Digital library deeply influence on the social public information dissemination of life, meanwhile, the current legal system has also been impacted and challenged strongly, mainly in the context of copyright in the network expansion of copyright protection for digital library field and the construction of copyright system reasonable pattern of digital library copyright protection, etc.This thesis analyzes and researches the copyright of digital library mainly by literature survey analysis, case studies, comparative analysis and other research methods. Firstly, the thesis analyzes the concept and the legal status of digital library, understand these contents is a prerequisite that we solve the copyright problem of the digital library. Secondly, the paper discusses the influence of the development of digital library copyright problems, mainly the expansion of the right of reproduction and the influence of the network information spread to the digital library. Again, the main coordination model is discussed of the digital library copyright problem. Finally, the thesis puts forward the reasonable suggestions of copyright co-rodination model of the digital library, the author emphatically discusses the fair use system of the copyright, legal license system and the collective management system.The innovation of this paper is put forward some feasible suggestions to the construction of copyright co-rodination model of digital library through the analysis of the concept, the legal status and three coordination model that the digital library "fair use" system, legal license system and authorization mechanism by studying the two core rights of copy right and the network communication right that influence on the development of digital library.
