Study On Insurance Interest In Marine Insurance

This article penetratingly studies the special kinds of marine insurance interest, so that more attention can be made on this topic in the academe and then provides reference for the practice circle and judicial circle. Basing on that, this paper expounds some important theories of the marine insurance interest, such as the sorts, the belonging object, the existing period and the transferring etc; analyses the insurance interest of the several typical Marine Insurance Contract according to the now available provision of Chinese law and foreign countries' law and the real cases of the international trade and marine insurance, including Marine Cargo Insurance, Ship Freight Insurance and the interest insurance of the mortgagee and in the end put forward the suggestion of legislation.
