Human rights are the fundamental rights of that one owns or should own. In the early stage of human beings, the practice of sport is regarded as a "nature right" in Greece. As a human right, the right to sport is publicly recognized by the international society. It's a synthetic right and It's content is becoming more plentiful. The right to sport involves human rights of the child. Children have their own rights, which are not completely depend on their parents or other adults. The special rights of the child are the right to nurture and education, and the right to environment for healthy growth. The rights of the child are ruled in Universal Declaration of Human rights, International Covenant On human rights, and The convention on the Rights of the child, etc. And in China they are also regulated in The Constitution, The Law of Protection of the Child, The law of Compulsory Education, etc. But there are serious problems about the youth athletes due to the political, economic, cultural and other factors. For example, physical abuse and violence; serious health risks-doping; factories of champions, etc. they heavily invade youth athletes' right to health, education and privacy. So measures must be taken to enhance the protection of youth athletes.Human rights approach-an added value for the competitive sport system, it can help us to protect youth athletes' right to health, education and privacy. In the worldwide scope, we should face the facts and take active measures to protect the rights of youth athletes in sport. First, governments and sport organizations will have to acknowledge that human rights approach is a useful tool rather than perceiving it as an intrusive threat to their autonomy and authority. Second, those involved in competitive sports will need to recognize and respect children as human being not only in their entitlement to care and protection, but also as full subjects of rights capable of progressively participation in decision-making and, if necessary, using appropriate procedures to obtain redress. Finally, sport and public authorities will have to be willing to spend the amounts necessary to establish preventive mechanisms. But Olympic values have not promoted the Practice of youth athletes' rights. The highest sport authorities-the IOC and international sport federations-rarely refer to nor use as a yardstick the Olympic charters' values or fundamental principles, So It's necessary to bring back human rights to the Olympic movement. And there are the complementarities between human rights education and Olympic education. In our country until recently the theory of the rights of the child has begun, and the regulations of protecting the child only begin go into laws, so the legislation system need further improvement. First, we should liberate our idea, and comply with the principle of the best interest of the child. Second, it's necessary to try to specially legislate for the protection of the youth athletes' rights. Third, establish the judicial redress mechanisms. At last, we should enhance the responsibility of the government, all departments of our society, parents and media for protecting the human rights of the youth athletes.
