The Present Situation, Question And Countermeasure Of "E-Partywork" Construction In Anhui Province

Today, informationization sweeping the globe, information technology has become the most advanced and active elements of production, impacting all aspects of social life. Actively seeking the use of the Internet and information technology to promote the affairs of Party is a world trend. It is also an inevitable choice and demand for our Party to continue to develop and strengthen with times in the new situation. The practice of "E-Partywork " in Anhui began in the 1990s. In 1992, the implementation of office automation system started in the party committee (E). Party committees then started building the information system network, and used it as the basis for the construction of the platform of network resources in an office. This actually was a process for electronic party from point to area, from weak to strong expansion in Anhui. Despite of the success achieved in Anhui electronic party, there are still some problems and deficiencies. Combined with the authors' engagement in the practice of information accumulated over the years, the concept, meaning and key of electronic party, and the status quo, problems, strategies and prospects of " E-Partywork in Anhui" were talked about in this paper.
