Only after establishing the relative rigorous theories frame, for educational research of citizen of our country, implement and development just probably being whole rather than individual of, our research just probably really promote the development of our citizen education of our country, and is advantageous to responding various actuality challenge. This text mainly discusses the contemporary citizen education of our country, and creates a new ground to put forward the implement of contemporary citizen education from Ideological and Political Education. It aims at helping the development of the citizen education, and makes the citizen education research of our country not only stay around the theories, and still need to make the citizen education of our country launching in the fulfillment with development.Say in a specific way, the structure frame of the article is as follows:The connotation of"citizen"and citizen education.First, let us discuss its cause and connotation of"citizen"."Citizen"came from the ancient Greece at the earliest stage, and was used by ancient Rome."Citizen"at different nation, under different social backgrounds, its connotation is also not the same. Also it has the standpoint of various kinds for the connotation of citizen education, the cent of narrow sense and broad sense generally. Moreover this part still involves the analysis of the basic connotation of our country citizen education and the standpoint of the connotation of writer's.The history reviews and present conditions of our country's citizen education.Our country's citizen education of the real meaning begins from the 20 centuries, the first 20's. In order to make the problem understood clearly, this part tries to divide it into three periods of educational history progress of our country citizen education to discuss. At last it discusses the condition of citizen education in china after Reform and Open. After Reform and Open, the socialism democracy and the legal system constructions are gradually maturing, and the socialism market economy develops continuously, the citizen consciousness once awakened and initiated again.
