On The Classification Of Administrative Award

With the constant development and improvement of the modern society where the rule of law, administrative awards attracts more attention, favor and uses in the process of administrative law enforcement. Scientific classification of administrative awards is the base of the scientific establishment and management whereof, and meanwhile enable people to comprehensively know and understand it at multiple levels,, in order to better achieve the intent and purpose of the administrative subjects and fully develop the positive role of economic development and social progress .There are five parts of this paper. The introductory part of this paper describes the Study background and significance of the Classification of Administrative Award. The first chapter explores and defines the concept of administrative award, which is the starting point of classification of administrative award. Chapter two theoretically analyses the administrative award in order to know why and how to classify it. Chapter three tries to classify administrative award based on the theoretical analysis, review and drawing on of the existing data about classification of administrative award, carry out a preliminary analysis of kinds of administrative award and cite the corresponding examples. In conclusion the author makes a summary of the text, and presents his views about a scientific classification system of administrative award in order to benefit constructing a scientific classification system of administrative award.
