Natural law is the farthest concept in the western jurisprudence, It has abundant connotation and lovely concept system, although its development full of frustrations,but it still keep vital force forever. Natural law had most influence on the western law and becom the western law masterstroke. It is not only a theory in law ,but also a society concept,the concept had com into the consciousness and becomed a civilization psychology law structure,this is a fact that it is a steady law consciousness and the sustain of the western law.This dissertation made the natual law theory do the support and sprit of natual law for the object,it defined the object connotation which has freedom right and sense, and then, reviewing the history of natual law ,forher morn , analyzing the connectionbetween positive law and the spirit of natual law, give an example for the constitution and Inc law,had a conclusion for them.
