The Chinese Textile Trading Rules And Regulations After The China Join The WTO

Textile trade is a crucial field in China.After China entered WTO, according to the Textile And Clothing Agreement of the WTO about the textile quota integration,the exportation limit to the Chinese textile trade has been canceled since Jananury 1.2005,it means that the world textile trade will realize liberalizes completely.After join the WTO, as a result of the difference between the China and WTO protocol, China became a country with the most restriction, confliction and friction of its textile products. Due to the limitation of the Chinese textile legislation, the above situation became increasingly serious.Lately,for the fact of America/Euro used some international trade system unreasonably to treat our country's international and the domestic textile market implementation with a prejudice policy, they emphasized only on the right to exercises and does not have the establishment of corresponding restraint mechanism. In 2005 the textile trade quota system was abolished, in order to overcome the trading friction between the China and America/Euro. So we must pay more attention to it for the textile trade friction. This paper tries to analyz the present situation and the difficult position of China textile trade after entrying WTO .And aims at our country textile trade faced each kind of trade dispute, the friction, each kind of trade barrier and the special measure guarantees, to find a effective and reasonable solution though the legal angle exploration. Moreover, based on WTO regulations and from legal point of view, the paper will discuss the possible solutions to protect the Chinese textile trade in future.
