In this world, with the development of global economy, many rules of copyright have reaching the convergence by international treaties. However, the basic conceptions on copyright's moral rights in common law and civil law are totally different. Thus many disharmonies occur. If such conditions cannot be improved, side effects, such as the segmentation of international web and non-duty barrier prejudicing information, will occur in general. As for a nation, the opportunities in information and culture exchanges acquired from internet will be greatly set off. By studying copyright's moral rights home and abroad ,this paper analyzes the transferation under China's conditions ,and puts forward the rational suggestions .Otherwise, with the universal of computer skills, more and more people use computer to study, research and communicate, which results in the easy infringement of copyright. The moral rights of net writers have been challenged more and more. This problem has aroused many attentions from all over the world and scholars are in deeper study on the protection. This paper tries to discuss the transferation of moral rights in internet and in traditions ,and proposes personal advice to construction of transferation of copyright's moral rights,public registery system and collective management organization of copyright in internet in order to make it more perfect.
