Research Network Copyright Moral Rights Issues

Accompanied by the rapid development and prevalence of information-network technology, network immerges into every corner of social life. Hundreds of millions of digital languages, images, music and video have been already at your fingertips. Network times make the ideal of glance the world without leaving home comes true. We can say that our lives have been already digitized. On one hand, the high-speed development of information-network brings a golden opportunity to moral rights. On the other hand, the traditional protected system of moral rights stands an unprecedented challenge. At present the international methods on protecting moral rights in network environment cannot achieve the network space's rapid development. It follows that the moral rights' protected system needs for the cyber age and the integration on fairness and performance. It's the fundamental direction in international copyright field and the perpetually pursuant aim in copyright field too.This article starts at three aspects, including the source, the main content and theoretical foundation of moral rights. Then it brings forward the basic question on moral rights protection. This article expounds the actual protection on moral rights in other countries particularly. Finally it brings forward a creative concept on making a protected system of moral rights, including conscious measure, technical measure, legal measure, institutional measure and two assistant measures. There's no doubt that balancing every interest is the footstone on protecting moral rights. But the moral rights has been in a chaotic state currently because of digital technology and network technology. This article aimed at building the moral rights' protection to harmonize the interests of all parties. It wants finding the balance of interests on copyright holder, the public and the network industry property. Eventually it procures a healthy and rapid development on moral rights.
