It will go against our original intention about the urban renewal if we merely take actions on the physical aspects and ignore the non-physical aspects. Therefore, a strategy on Community Rebuilt is put forward in the paper, that is: Combing the material condition and social measures with the hope of enhancing the methods and enriching the contents of the urban renewal programming.
