The first juvenile court in the world was established in state Illinois of the US in 1899, which is regarded as the beginning of the Juvenile Justice System. Now, the Juvenile Justice System is established in most countries of the world and become one of the main legal systems in these countries. However, such a legal system has not been perfect in China because of quite a few factors, especially the notion of the juvenile and the construction of the Juvenile Justice System. This article will discuss the main topics in the field of the notion of the juvenile justice and the Juvenile Justice System, and try to find out ways of reconstruct the Juvenile Justice System in China. There are five chapters about them, more details is as follows:The first chapter is the summary of the article. At first, the research actuality has been introduced, and the problem has been pointed.
