As its special geographic location, abundant energy resources, and complicated racial and religious problems, Central Asia Region has become a"hotspot"area in international relations. With the historical inductive approach and document analytic approach, this paper attempts to explore and sort the U.S factors in Central Asia's regional democratization advancement,and has made my own analysis and judgment about the of the United States attempts to transplanted American "democracy" in the region, with a strong practical significance. What's more, this article theory significance lies in the research should to be enrich the Central Asia scholarly research.The paper altogether contains five parts, except outside the foreword and the concluding remarks; the main body article altogether divides into three parts. The first part inspected each kind of variable of in democratization process in Central Asia countries with the view of constitution and historicism. Come to a conclusion that at the time of political transformation and the social reforming, the authoritative political system is to be advantageous to social stability and the political development. The second part analyzed the U.S try to hold the different countries with export democracy. The third part has proven the positive and negative function, of US export democracy in the Central Asia democratization process and pointed out the US cannot attend to its aim .The transplant inevitably to receive the restriction, incurs intense resisting and the revolt that come from inside and outside two aspects, It's to be doomed that the U.S attempts to lord over the world.
