U.S."exporting democracy","democratic" means "American-style democracy,"As parts of "global democracy", to promote "American-style democracy" all over theworld, is the dream of United States of America since its founding. United States triedto shape their own image of democracy and freedom in the world, exportingdemocracy to bear as a unique mission. Exporting democracy after the Cold War theUnited States has some new developments both from content to form than before, andshowing some of the new features. For the United States, the real motives ofexporting democracy and fundamental goal has been to want to establish their ownleadership in the world, as constituted by the democratic world order, the UnitedStates, from the course leader. Central Asia locates in the center of the Eurasiancontinent, which could connect both Eurasia and the Middle East. It’s importantbecause not only its strategic hub position but also its rich oil and natural gasresources. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Central Asia becameindependent. It is a big opportunity to American and the other big countries. Forachieve U.S. domination Datong world as soon as possible, the United States steppedup the intensity of exporting democracy into Central Asia.This paper focuses on the theory analysis of the frustration of United States"exporting democracy" in Central Asia, however, the political and culturalbackground of United States and Central Asia are very different, by combined withthe United States and the countries of Central Asia "democratic" process, drawing aconclusion that every country has its own mode of democracy, and Americandemocracy is not universal. The United States forced outputting its democratic systemto other countries would not come true.
