The economic integration of East Asia began from 1990s and has turned to be deeper and deeper since Southeast Asia Financial Crises. The cooperation of East Asian Economy depends on the core of Southeast Asia and the major channels of 10+3 and 10+1. Asean FTA and China-Asean FTA become the main fruit of the cooperation of East Asian Economy, especially of the legalization and institutionalization of the integration o East Asia, as well as the several layers of the cooperation, including Asean FTA, China-Asean FTA, sub-regional cooperation and East Vision Group.During the process of the integration of East Asian economy, new regionalism emerged and has had great impact on the process. The theory of new regionalism, such as Community Construction, Institutionalization and Spill-over, plays a very important part in the process to integration. For the influence, the cooperation of East Asia has many characteristics, including openness, forgiveness, focus on cooperation, institutionalization, coexistence with globalization, etc. The cooperative mechanism of Asean and China-Asean turns to be the mechanism of East Asia economic cooperation, then affect the domestic laws of East Asian countries.In the process of the integration of East Asian economy, there are many issues and problems. This essay attempts to explore the construction of legal mechanism of the integration of East Asia by the way of analyzing new regionalism's impact on the cooperation of East Asian economy, particularly focuses on the model of the integration of East Asian economy. By the way of analyzing the models of to-day regional economic institutions, including the style, principles, mechanism, this assay points out that East Asia should be on the way to an economic community, even an East Asian community on the base of establishment of East Asia FTA.As the biggest county in East Asia, China should promote the construction of the mechanism of the integration of East Asian economy on the base of working with other countries.
