By making discussion on the legal issues of the outer space commercial activities, this dissertation seeks to show the measures of different countries and the framework of international space law, and bring forward the author's viewpoints on basis of the present characteristics of outer space commercial activities.Chapter 1 of the dissertation makes an introduction to the main content of outer space commercial activities, as well as the present main fields involved in the outer space commercial activities, etc.Chapter 2 of the dissertation makes an analysis on the legal basis of outer space commercial activities. As the existing international space treaties do not directly involve outer space commercial activities, the author makes a conclusion according to the expression and connotation of the treaties that outer space commercial activities are not in breach of international space law. International space law gives room to national space law for further regulations.Chapter 3 is the key point of this dissertation, which discusses various impacts of outer space commercial activities on the existing legal framework.Many space products and services like the space tourism have come into our daily life. They are improving our life condition and life style and meanwhile causing extensive legal problems. States should establish relative regulations on basis of the obligations given by international space treaties.Chapter 4 makes an introduction to a new regime of financing by outer space asset. The regime is attractive to both developing countries and most wealthy space powers. Chapter 5 discuss how to regulate outer space legislation of China. To sum up, from the angle of outer space commercial activities, the author puts forward some problems that he is trying to solve and wish colleagues to think together.
