Along with the information diversity and the rapid development of economic globalization, China’s economic system turns from the planned economy to market economy. Social situation has happened complex and profound changes with the constant development of material civilization and the popularization of social new resources. As the future of our country, minors have the historical mission for national rejuvenation. The sound development of their moral is always the hot topic of social concerning. However, in the special stage of social transformation and the collision between Chinese and western culture, there are so many negative factors hinder the growth of minors, which made a variety of problems on their moral values, values and outlook. At the same the complex social environment affects the development of minor moral education’s system. Although we never stop trying, we have to admit our education meets serious bottleneck and the prospect is concerned."A man can have no knowledge, but can’t have no moral, being human, because people are moral" said by Kant. Moral has become the measure whether one country’s development in perfect or not in the fierce competition of the international environment. Therefore, to strengthen moral education is China’s top priority. As the movers of our country’s future development, minor moral education has some advantage and the importance. We can say to strengthen the ideological and moral education of minors, can deepen consolidate the foundation of national moral, and also firm their standing in the next generation’s culture war between the Western Powers and our country, which made them become the qualified personnel for accepting national responsibilities. It has a great significance for building the socialist which owns our Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of Physiology, Psychology, Law, Education and Sociology, this paper divides a minor’s body and mind development into three stages. They are0-6year-old child stage,6-12, the young stage and12-18years young early stages. Combining with their special physical growth specialty and the psychological development of these stages, this paper designs the questionnaire investigation on the issues of minor moral education.This paper uses the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation and scientific theory. The whole paper can be divided into five parts:Firstly, from the contrastive study on the foreign and domestic literature, we should know the necessity and long term of minor moral education.Secondly, from concept to define the age of education object and education content, which can make the education goal more directional; from Psychology to analyze and induct the basic principles of minor moral education, which can make the education content more practical.Thirdly, through the questionnaire investigation, which directing at minor moral education, the paper illustrates and analyze present educational situation, summarizes the educational effect for years, then find out the existing and unsolved issues.Fourthly, from contrastive analyzing students and juveniles, and using Marxist analysis method, from the aspects of material, spirit, system to analyze the problems and reasons of minor moral education.Fifthly, according to the previous analysis, the paper summarizes the lessons, which usese philosophy, psychology and sociology of knowledge to put forward the countermeasure from the perspective of family, school and society.In addition, according to law knowledge, the paper also proposes the countermeasure on the aspects of minor crime prevention and juvenile delinquents help care, which suggests the justice department establishes entities and "rights stand" network, pay attention to the "vulnerable group", and help juvenile delinquents’ re-education, and combine with the school to build legal specialist schools, improve minor’s legal consciousness, lower crime. Minor moral education is a complicated large project; therefore, this paper aims to mildly penetrate the education content into minors and juvenile delinquents’classes, which from the body development and psychological development aspects. Then achieve the educational aim and improve the quality of the whole group of minor moral education.
