Research Of Moral Education Innovation Based On Cultivation Of An Innovative Personality

As the fierce competition in the current knowledge-based economic society increases, itrequires that the individual personality changes from traditional to modern. In the innovativesociety, the individual personality should have the pioneeringspirit, independent traits, firmlywill and highly responsibility. As an educational social practical activity, the essential ofmoral education is the cultivation of innovation personality. The moral education plays apositive and leading role in the innovative personality shape and leads the individuals to becreative in this multicultural society environment, to develop the individual ability of adaptingto society and to harmonize the individual development with the society development. In theprocess of social development, the moral education should be given full play in the creativepersonality shape; moreover, based on the new education philosophy we should optimize themethods of moral education, build a favourable moral and cultural environment, create afavourable network by society, home and school and build a moral education system tocultivate the innovative personality.There are five parts in this dissertation. Next is an analysis of the methods of nurturing innovative talents in foreign countries,introduces the developed education experience and assimilates the valuable methods to enrichthe research of moral education innovation. To conclude, an exploration of the moraleducation innovation methods of cultivating talents within education and making the modernmoral creative education effective and bringing the timeliness and effectiveness from moralphilosophy, content, methods, system and cultural environment.
