Study On Bequest Of Inheritance System

With the economic developmentment in our country, personal property are becoming more and more so that the inheritance of deceased persons are also becoming more and more complex. There are some significance for study on bequest of Inheritance System, one is providing reference for Inheritance System'developmentment and the other is providing theoretic guidance for judicature. The articles consists of three parts,with about 30000 words.Part one is about the conception of bequest.There are different standpoints on inherited object, one of which is the view of"law status"that is stressed. Then the characteristic of bequest and the law on bequest are introduced. At last the author's points of view are expressed.Part two is about the extension of bequest.There are three questions on the extension of bequest: one is about the generalization; the other is about different types of property are introduced, the emphases are incumbency of property, different legislations and the author's points of view on which are introduced; another one enumerates some property that aren't belong to the extension of bequest.Part three is the emphasis part of this article, which are about nine questions of the extension of bequest.The eight questions are explained hereinafter:1, questions about the right of contract(with) management becoming the heirship is possible or not; 2, questions about the usufruct of state resource can be inherited or can not be; 3, questions about request and acceptance can be inherited or can not be; 4, the leasehold in contract of rent house can be inherited or can not be; 5,questions about inheritting occupancy; 6, questions about inheritting damages Law Money ordered to be paid as compensation for injury or loss; 7, questions about inheriting status; 8,questions about the reliquiae and the benefit from donating reliquiae can be inherited or can not be.
