Rawls' state justice theory is a reply for the corner of Western worldgovernance after they enter post-industry time. An ethical system of state wasconstructed in the theory by Rawls with the two justice principle. According tothe system, he designs a liberty democracy state what should be frommicrocosmic lay. Rawls believes that the approach toward the justice state isgood governance. The author believes that Rawls' state justice theory can notsave capitalism, because there are some fatal objections in the theory on one side,on the other side, the theory can not ease up the tension between the public andthe private as well. The author also considers Rawls' state justice theory has itsredeeming features. The criterion used by Rawls in his state ethic assumes isjustice, it emphasizes equity, justice and public interests should be respected.This actually, extends a road for capitalism toward socialism. The theory alsotells us how to construct a harmonious society, how to deal with the practicalconflict in our society. With good governance as an approach, Rawls think muchon how to realize the state justice; this has some value for us to democratize ourcountry, and it also has'definite significance for us to study Marxism in chinatoday. Rawls' international justice can provide a possible pattern to keep worldpeace as well.
