The benefits problem is an important realistic problem, is also a serious problem of the philosophical theory. Benefits is the foundation of Historical Materialism and is the inner motive that makes social history change, from the angle of benefits we can see through the whole human society, and reveal the secrets to the social history. For a long time the socialist countries have an incomprehensive understanding of maxism humanity in ideology, so they think the Marx's scientific abstract at a philosophical height as abstract humanity which is beyond the human realistic existence and social relationships, emphasize the human social characteristics and class property, and hold that in the socialism condition the human with social characteristics is moral human; especially influenced by the Political Economics of Soviets, they ignore the benefits discrepancies and conficts between the internal members of the class, and ignore the important role on the pursuit of the personal benefits by a person plays in the social economic development. This kind of vain benefits which surpass reality stressed only justice and neglect the efficiency, having only a social benefits but without personal benefits, bruised the manufacturer's initiative heavily, so influenced the socialism superiority seriously. he various economy reality of the socialist market economy , the equal market competition of economic bodys ,the market rules of fair exchange ,all of these request us to introspect the traditional theories and its mode: whether the personal benefits should exist under socialist market economy condition , how to deal with the relations between the personal interests and society ,state interests'relationships,and how to deal with the facty polarization phenomenon nowaday,and how to make the society develop harmoniously and roundly.The emergence of these problems request us to carry on a thorough research to the theories of Marx's benefits,to put forward the theories that come up to the epoch,so as to guide the new socialism modernization construction.From the view of the swift change of international situation, the benefits is the essential reason which dominate the international affairs;and from the view of estabilishment and perfection of the socialism market economy ,the practice of the reform and opening policy,as the development of reform, diversification of the benenifits structure, gradual extrusion of the contradiction form all of the stratum,how to dispose the benefits relationships at the primary stage of socialism,how to adjust the benefits structure of all the aspects,is an important problem which relate to the success of our characteristic socialism in China.
