The Result Analysis And The Countermeasures Of Electronical Inspection Technique In The Price Supervision And Inspection Systems

The enforcement and generalization of the electronic government are the sorts of hard and complicated tasks. Within the wide world, the generalization of automatization, networking and electronization is the tendency. The applications of the e-government and office automatization can raise the efficiency in the government, simplify the process to the citizens, and strengthen the enforcement of the law, which make it very positively significant in the information industry of the government. Since 2004 , XuZhou Price Supervision and Inspection Bureau in JiangSu province has brought new ideas that the electrical inspection program, which could strengthen the management of the service price in the enterprise to the public, has been invented and generalizated in the usual supervision and inspection to substitute the traditional man-made inspection method called "page turning" gradually. This study took the background that XuZhou Price Bureau has been carrying out the new technique of e-inspection in the e-government. In this study, the connotation is defined and the procedure is analyzed firstly. Secondly, the result in actual applications was analyzed as in such points which follow. One point was involved about the cost including the time consumption, human occupation and the money, by which we could draw a conclusion that the e-inspection method has much more superiority than the traditional one in those aspects mentioned before. The other point was involved about the disadvantage of the e-method, the amelioration of the external environment and the improvement of the human beings, the solution was explored as well.
