The police are special professional community which should bear defying, confronting, dangerous, and nervous. Police's psychological health are important conditions engaged in the police working which directly influences the full play of the fighting capacity of police's team. According to current situation of the police's psychology in China, which have psychological pressure too big and the abnormal psychology phenomenon become serious day by day. So maintain psychological health of police, construct the police's psychology intervene mechanism, is the historical responsibility that policemen should have in new period. It is the demands for tackling risk society and transition society, and real need of maintaining human rights, ensuring the society's steady operation especially. With a view to theoretic discussion, this paper makes profound analysis of police's abnormal psychology, and tries to construct sound comprehensive mechanism of policy's psychology intervene. There are six chapters in this paper:The first chapter elaborates the origin of the study firstly. Constructing the police's psychology intervene mechanism is not only the historical responsibility that policemen should have in new period, but also the demands for tackling risk society and transition society, and real need of maintaining human rights and ensuring the society's steady operation especially. Then the paper clears about the crux and orientation of the study and puts forward the research methods and innovation on the basis of analyzing the massive research documents.The second chapter summarizes the concept of the psychological health and special characteristics of police's psychological health. The psychological health is important measurement index and content in healthy assessment. And police profession is particular, which lead to his psychological characteristics are different from ordinary people. So police's psychological health should accord with the demands for general psychological health, and also should accord with the demands for this particular profession. It includes contents such as stronger psychological holding capacity, clear and sharp thinking ability, superb law enforcement skill, good professional ethics, and stability healthy individual character and so on. Then the chapter puts forward the important meaning of safeguarding police's psychological health based on the precedent content mentioned.The third chapter exposes the current situation of police's psychology health through positively researching and particularizing a number of data. Psychological pressure becomes the general phenomenon of police's team. It not only caused the injury to the police's physical and mental health, make some police suffering from psychological disease such as melancholy, bigoted, short-tempered, badly automatic control ability, strong aggressiveness, interpersonal relationships, but some ineffective hobby related to psychological stress and chronic disease have appeared gradually also. The abnormal psychology becomes bad trend which influences police's psychological health gradually.The forth chapter analyzes the profound reason of police's abnormal psychology from three respects. At first this chapter analyzes the police's own factor, including the inherent pressures caused by unique working environment, working way, and working target, the pressures caused by the funds ensure lacking and the low income, the pressures caused by emotion, family, and personal subjective respect. Secondly this chapter analyzes the social factor that influences police's psychological health, include three respect contents: first is challenge of their knowledge structure received. It is difficult to meet the demands for police working under the new situation. Second is the test of the law-enforcing environment. On one hand, enforcing the law strictly can not often get people's understanding and cooperation, on the other hand, a large number of the non-police working disperse the police's working energy, which cause the psychology pressure. Third, social passive corruptions are apt to make police's psychology lose balance and cause the surge of police's setback sense. The last one lead to the police's abnormal psychology lies in the difficulty in constructing psychology intervene mechanism, because of lacking traditional idea, institutional environment of growing, and sufficient operate carriers.The fifth chapter explores the measure of constructing police's psychology intervene mechanism. Finally, we should pay attention to serving and ensuring the cooperation of the measure in the external world. On one hand, develop culture of alert camp in a more cost-effective manner, and build the recreation space to release the psychological pressure. On the other hand, implement from preferential treatment alertly, and solve the police's worry perfectly.The sixth chapter is conclusion.
