On The Establishment Of Socialistic Political Civiliazation And The Construction Of Harmonious Society

The sixteenth National People's Congress (NPC)came up with establishing the socialist political civiliazation, and the fourth meeting of the sixteenth NPC put forward to contructing the harmonious society, while the sixth meeting of the sixteenth NPC had an overall analysis on the national situation and basic task and studied on some grand problems. Therefore, the main responsibility that Communist Party of China should take is to establish the socialistic polictical civilization and to construct the harmonius society in the new century, which accordingly became the two hotly discussed issues. This thesis aims at studying the relationship between them and finding out the ways by which we establish the socialistic political civilization and at the meantime construct the harmoius society by analysing them in a whole.This paper probes into the scientific signification of political civilization with a deep explaination of its theory. By reviewing the historical evolutionary progress of the theory of harmonious society, the author highlights the Marxist view of harmonious society and raises the theory on harmonious socialist society and further explains the relationship between political civilization and harmonious society. Finally, the problem how to establish political civilization when constructing harmonious society is solved.The author emphasizes on analysing theoretically the relationship between political civilization and harmonious society, and which is important to solve during the socialist modernization. The positively mutual development—political civilization will soundly guarantee the construction of harmonious society, while the construction of harmonious society will provide a good condition for the establishing of political civilization—should be realized. At the same time, the author put forward that the establishment of political civilization in a harmonious society should on one hand base upon the situation of our country, and on the other hand, draw the ideas from the fruits of other polictical civilization.There are four chapters:The first chapter explains the definition and characteristics of political civilization and the relationship between spiritual civilization and material civilization, probes the original presentation of socialistic political civilization and its features.The second chapter reviews the source of the socialism and highlights the view of Marxist harmonious society, puts forwards the theory of socialistic harmonious society and analyses its features, constitution , guiding ideology, principle and significance.The third chapter combines the establishment of political civilization with the building of harmonious society, and probes the relationship between them and points out respectively the position and function.The last chapter answers the question how to establish the political civilization in constructing harmonius society.
