"Proliferation Security Initiative" proposed by one on the international community caused widespread concern. "Proliferation Security Initiative" is not only to the modern international relations have a major impact, the specific measures to implement the offensive, Mandatory and unilateral nature of it is in many respects with the existing rules of international law clearly inconsistent.
