| The occupational crime is the behavior which refered to the country public official to use the duty convenience illegal to gain extra material or the non-material private interest.In essentially, it is a result of the social public authority disassimilative with the development of human society.Since 1990s, the occupational crime has become the point question to which the world mostly pays attention.It is similar to the social epidemic to harm the society to be just, to destroy the economical development,to pollute the political pure brightness.So it becomes a malignant tumor in the human life of society, economic and politics. Regardless of the various of countries social system, different of the economy development and the cultural consciousness tradition, the occupational crime become the the common topic of the developed country and the developing nation .Taking the Deng Xiaoping Theory and the thought of "The Three Represents" as the theory instruction, taking the construction of the harmonious society as the strategic target, taking"the prevention is a cure plan","the education is the foundation"as the prevention work policy, unifing the Chinese national condition and the reform practice,author has launched to reserach political and ideological education in the occupational crime prevention and application.The author selcectde this topic with the intense patriotic consciousness which is concerned about country and people.Thanks to the compound specialized knowlege background,the author analysis reason of the occupational crime, seeks the prevention countermeasure by the interdisciplinary studies.
