Research On The Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Recently,with the rapid development of society,juvenile delinquency presents new characteristics and new development trend.The present juvenile crime prevention way diversification,such as critical prevention,prevention and make preventive education,ideological and political education includes moral education,legal education,moral education and combining the rule of law is one of the effective ways of minor crime prevention,through the moral education of minors to carry out comprehensive,system and the rule of law education,improve the moral level of minors and the rule of law consciousness,so as to achieve the aim of behavior constraints to the minors.Combined with working experiences in this paper,based on the procuratorial work is engaged in the minors,on the basis of the relevant data sampled L province F city in January2011 to October 2019 to accept the approval of arrest,examination and prosecution,conditional not to prosecute 556 minor crime data,together with the present situation of minors crime F city and part of the criminal case as an example,from the perspective of ideological and political education,makes a deep analysis of minor crime problem,found that lack of ideological and political education is now one of the main problems of juvenile crime prevention.It includes poor self-education consciousness,imperfect prevention system of moral education and legal education,weakened social restraint system,and lack of joint force of multi-subject education.It is found that,subjectively,the educators and the educatees do not pay enough attention to moral education and legal education.Objectively,educators are restricted by educational ability and experience,and the educational effect needs to be improved.In this paper,application of reasons things out the education of ideological and political education method,practice method,self education,with the method of theory to guide,recessive education,enhance the consciousness of self education of minors,to set up the family moral education and the rule of law education prevention system,carrying out the campus condensation of ideological and political education,optimize the social environment,the prevention of minors crime together,strengthening the moral consciousness of minors and the rule of law consciousness,and mobilized by judicial organs as the franco-prussian dominant force in society,by strengthening the social control and expand coverage for moral education,the rule of law education propaganda,establishing education feedback mechanism,form education resultant force driving the education main body,Jointly build an increasingly perfect juvenile crime prevention system.
