to prevent occupational hazard of employed person,deepening the renovation of occupational disease hazards and strengthening the monitoring of occupational disease hazards factors in the workplace.By applying the methods such as document research,case analysis and investigation,this thesis analyzes the relevant factors of prevention and control of occupational diseases in G city,which mainly includes the organization structuring,financial investment,allocation of personnel and equipment,supervision methods and other aspects of governmental supervision and administration.This thesis carries out the exploration which is based on the existing problems in G city such as the occupational health supervision and law enforcement is weak,there is a serious shortage of technical service personnel,the occupational health monitoring and evaluation and the coverage rate of occupational health guardianship is low,the foundation of the prevention and control of occupational diseases is poor,and reasons of problem such as the government has insufficient understanding of the prevention and control of occupational diseases,the occupational health supervision system is not impeccable,the occupational disease hazard factors in G city have a wide range and numerous varieties and the awareness of prevention and control of occupational diseases of labourers is weak.We summarize and conclude the strategies of prevention and control of occupational diseases such as the G government should establish and perfect the occupational health safety supervision and management system strengthen occupational health service capacity,perfect relevant occupational health laws and regulations and standards,attach importance to occupational health educational training,implement the entire coverage of occupational health guardianship and the declaration of occupational hazard.at the same time it also provides decision reference for other cities to further strengthen the prevention and control of occupational diseases.
