According to our country 's current marriage law, domestic relations can be divided into three types which contains Consanguinity,spouse and alliance, and consanguinity which bases on the domestic relations has played an important function on the whole relatives system. According to our country's current Familienrecht, consanguinity can be divided into two types, natural consanguinity and law consanguinity, natural consanguinity is an important consanguinity type which bases on the blood, at the same time, law consanguinity also gradually becomes more and more important with the development of the modern family system. Natural consanguinity and law consanguinity can be equally protected by the law.Adoption is one of the important reasons of the law consanguinity which plays an important role on the modern family system, for example, there are some persons who have no children can adopt some sons and daughters, for anther thing, children whose fathers and mothers can not support their lives can be adopted by the good men, they can acquire parents' love that they lose, and they can healthily grow up in a normal family, so either adult or orphan they can also enjoy their and enrich their lives. Adoption is so important for orphans that they believe adoption be a good system.Meanwhile, adoption is a very extensive thing which not only includes personal rights, such as foster parents and sons (daughters),adopted brothers and sisters relationship etc. ; but also includes property rights, such as inherit rights etc..
