On The Handling And Prevention Mechanism Of College Student Injury Accidents

College student injury accidents, refer to the accidents leading to college students physical injury that happen during the educational activity or extracurricular activity arranged by college, and happen in the dorm, playground or other teaching facility and accommodating facility that is in the charge of college. Nowadays, it happens frequently, not only bringing great grief and pain to students and their families, but also influencing colleges'regular teaching and administrative orders, causing unnecessary economic loss and leaving passive influence on the society. As a result, in order to deal with accidents effectively and promptly, heighten the fairness and impartiality in handling accidents to a higher level, take preventive measures, lower the possibility of accidents, it is practical and meaningful to establish and perfect the handling and prevention mechanism of college student accidents. It is the objective demand of protecting colleges'innovation, development and stabilization under transition and reform, realistic demand of protecting students'legal rights, essential demand of ruling the college by law, natural demand of constructing a harmonious campus.Attentions have been given to primary and high school student injury accidents in concerning research so that college student injury accidents are always ignored. In reality, although almost all college students are adults, they have less life and social experience, insufficient ability to protect themselves due to less contact with the society. Meanwhile colleges are keen to ignore importance of safety problems, and the teaching and accommodating facilities are having certain problems. As a result the rate of college student injury accidents has been rising all those years. How to prevent and handle college student injury accidents is a very practical problem that needs to be solved promptly. Recently, there has been some research about it, but according to the present material an integrated and interrelated system has not been established yet so it is hard to solve real problems. In view of this, this thesis, taking the handling and prevention mechanism of college student accidents as the object, starts with the definition and reasons and types of College student injury accidents, then discuss and study the handling and prevention mechanism of college student accidents. It is expected to provide some research experience and suggestion for the concerning research and provide some reference for the college and educational administrative departments when they are making strategies about injury accidents and provide some ideas for students'supervisors.
