Present, the environmental crime not only being national inner problem, but being the attention having accepted an international community as international crime of one kind. How to take precautions against and punish the gradually grave international environmental crime already is becoming the hot spot problem that international society cares for commonly. Therefore, with gradually grave international environmental crime, we ought to deliberate to the international environmental crime that may happen in China and Central Asia, giving the pertinent prospectivity paying close attention to, and carrying out closely.The main body of a thesis major objective lies in theoretical and practical problems discussing taking precautions against and punishing an international environmental crime, fishes for the measure when the international environmental crime happened in China and Central Asia.
