In the context of globalization,the impact of international environmental crimes has become more widespread.How to prevent and punish the increasingly serious international environmental crimes has become a hot issue that needs to be resolved urgently by the international community.With the development of China's “One Belt,One Road” strategy,from the perspective of overall national security,how to grasp the trend of law enforcement network integration emerging in international law enforcement cooperation against environmental crimes and actively join the construction of global law enforcement networks,thereby Take the lead in systematically establishing a cooperation mechanism to prevent and control international environmental crimes.The first chapter introduce the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research reviews,research ideas and research methods,and provides theoretical support for this article.Chapter Two mainly introduces the status quo of environmental crime and an overview of international law enforcement cooperation.This article mainly discusses the definition of international environmental crime and the status quo of prevention and control of international environmental crime,so as to provide a clear scope for the cooperative prevention and control of international environmental crime.Chapter Three mainly introduces some organizations dedicated to combating environmental crimes.Summarized the complexity of the structure of environmental crime networks.In response to this challenge,the trend of networked international law enforcement cooperation has become more apparent.In the past,different organizations and subjects developed into different law enforcement networks based on different regions or organizational goals.Today,these networks are beginning to try to cooperate and merge with each other.In this way,networks of collaboration provide platforms for multiple contributors to response effectively.From the view of institutions in collaboration,the mission is to usher in a new era where the perpetrators of serious environmental crime face a formidable and coordinated response.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the obstacles and challenges of deepening the prevention and control of international environmental crimes.Extensive cooperation has been conducted in many areas such as international anti-terrorism cooperation,international anti-corruption cooperation,and international taxation cooperation.However,opportunities and challenges coexist,and opportunities and challenges coexist.Then it further explores some new characteristics of international environmental crime in the new historical period,and analyzes some international challenges and domestic obstacles in preventing and controlling international environmental crime.This will lay the foundation for the following introduction of the current situation of international cooperation and the search for solutions.Chapter 5 mainly proposes new trends for cooperation in the prevention and control of international environmental crimes.First,the breadth and depth of international law enforcement cooperation have been strengthened.Second,there is a trend of mutual integration in the international law enforcement networks.Chapter 6 analyzes what should China do when faceing the problems and trends of law enforcement cooperation emerging from the international community.
