Guangxi, Rongshui Powder Township Customary Law Study

The customary law is common phenomenon in the minority region. The customary law deeply influence as Xiangfen town of Rongshui Miao Autonomous county in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. The thesis analyses and studies the customary law in the Xiangfen town of Rongshui Miao Autonomous county, the features of the customary law, the effect of the customary law in the Rongshui Miao Autonomous county, and also put forward some reference and methods to cope the negative effect of the customary law.There two main study methods. One is collect, summarize and analyze the books and documents about the customary law in the minority region. The other is field investigation. The author made two field investigation in Xiangfen town of Rongshui Miao Autonomous county to got some direct knowledge, to summarize and analyze the knowledge of investigation.The whole thesis includes three parts, they are: introduction, text and appendix.The introduction expounds the customary law, basic authority and law system establishment in minority region. In the chapter 1, it expounds key information about Xiangfen town of Rongshui Miao Autonomous county in GuangXi, which are social reform geography, climate, naturalresources, ethnic group, and condition of population in Xiangfen town. In the chapter 2, it mainly expounds customary law in Xiangfen town. In the chapter 3 , it summarize the characteristics of the customary law. In the chapter 4, it mainly expounds the customary law's effect to basic authority and law system establishment in Xiangfen town. The last chapter expounds some methods to solve the problem.In the chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter5, the thesis expounds some new issues. There are the characteristics of the customary law, the effect of the customary law, and some methods to solve the problem.In the appendix, it lists some collected stuff of the customary law in Xiangfen town.
