Historical Investigation And Basic Experiences Of The Construction Of The Political Civilization Led By CPC Since Reform And Opening-up

The 16th National Congress of the CPC reported that: "Developing the socialistic democracy and political civilization is the important target of constructing an affluent society completely" and wrote in "The CPC leads people to develop socialistic democracy and construct the socialistic political civilization" to the chapter of the CPC. It symbolized that our construction and development of politics has got into a new period. Through investigating the history of the CPC developing the construction of political civilization since the reform and opening-up, this paper summarizes the basic experience of the twenty years, and provides certain theory for the CPC to construct later political civilization.The first part of this paper elaborates that: Constructing the socialistic political civilization is the important target of the revolution and construction leaded by the CPC. Constructing the socialistic political civilization is the important target and fundamental guarantee of building an affluent society. It also shows our Party's pursuit of a harmonious society.The second part elaborates that our Party leads the construction of socialistic political civilization from three aspects——political system civilization, political consciousness civilization and political behavior civilization. Through the efforts from each aspect, the CPC has achieved great success in the construction of political civilization since the reform and opening-up.The third part summarizes the basic experiences. It includes: We must persist that the CPC takes the leadership, people take charge of our country, govern our country by law to construct the political civilization; Strengthen the systematic construction to realize systemize, standardize and sequence of the socialistic political civilization; Unify the construction of political civilization, the material civilization and spiritual civilization; Persist the instruction of the Marxist theory, stand on the realities of the country and absorb the excellent accomplishments of human political civilization.
